Information for families: F3 wellbeing course

Dear parents and guardians,

Our school is taking part in Fitter Minds, Fitter VET, Fitter Jobs (F3), an Erasmus+ project on mental health promotion in vocational education.

Students aged 16 and over may use an optional online course at home. It offers short modules on prevention, stigma, social skills, and help-seeking. It is psychoeducation, not therapy or diagnosis.

• Participation is voluntary.
• Reflections stay private on the student's device (no account in this version).
• The school may suggest one module per week as homework, without grades.

If you have concerns about your child's wellbeing, please contact the school as you normally would.
