Privacy statement

How the F3 platform handles information when you use our websites and digital tools.

Local storage only

The F3 website, blended course, Early Warning System (EWS), and trainings catalog are designed to work without collecting personal data on our servers. When you use these tools:

• Course progress, quiz responses, and completion status are saved in your browser (local storage) on your device.
• Language preferences are saved in your browser.
• EWS quiz selections and results stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself (for example by printing or saving a screenshot).

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not receive this locally stored information.

No tracking or analytics

These tools do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. Pages are static files served from the project website.

Contact forms and email

If you contact us through an email link or form on the main F3 website, your message is handled through your own email provider. Only the information you choose to send is received by project partners.

External links

Some pages link to partner websites, social media, or emergency helplines. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle data.

Clearing your data

You can remove locally stored data at any time by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings. This will reset course progress and quiz answers stored on your device.
